I did a 'call-in talk show', "The Real Estate Guy" on local radio about buyer representation for over thirteen years.

One morning as I was doing my program, a local attorney called, he introduced himself, told me the location of his office and asked if I would come by to visit him when I was finished with my program. 'I couldn't wait for this one.' After we did our 'howdy and shake' and visited for a few minuted, he said, "Bob, I know many real estate agents in this town and I am related to some of them.
